EXCLUSIVE — Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) introduced legislation with his colleague Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) on Wednesday that would provide emergency relief funding for natural disasters, including Hurricane Idalia in Florida and the Hawaii wildfires, separate from increasingly controversial Ukraine aid.
