‘I’m not very good with fashion’: Rudy Giuliani spotted at New York Fashion Week

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani made a surprise appearance at a New York Fashion Week show.

Giuliani sat in the front row at designer Zang Toi’s show at Pier59 on Saturday but admitted he had little knowledge of fashion. The former New York City mayor said he was there because he had lunch with SiriusXM host David Webb, who invited him to join him at the show.

“I’m not very good with fashion. I try. I was just at my tailor today,” he told the New York Post. “I would maybe wear navy blue suits 60% of the time, then sometimes gray or black. So when I want to feel like I’m going out — I want to feel like Ronald Reagan — I wear a brown suit.”

Trump’s second wife, Marla Maples, was also spotted at the runway show.

“Marla, she’s my biggest fan,” the designer told Women’s Wear Daily, adding that he has been dressing Ivana Trump, the president’s first wife, since 1995.

“She’s one of my most loyal customers and friends,” Toi said of Ivana Trump. “After Trump [was elected], she wrote her book, Raising Trump. She wore my designs on the book tour.”

He added that Ivanka Trump, the president’s daughter from his marriage with Ivana Trump, has modeled for him a handful of times. Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle attended his last show, Toi said.

“Don Jr. and Kimberly were so sad that they couldn’t come this time. Both of them were keynote speakers for their father in Reno, Nevada,” he said.
