Twitter and a Pakistani actress are under fire after the blue-check-verified account posted a violent message on Adolf Hitler’s extermination of Jews amid Palestinian militants in Gaza launching a barrage of rockets at Israel.
“‘I would have killed all the Jews of the world … but I kept some to show the world why I killed them’ Adolf Hitler,” Veena Malik tweeted Tuesday evening.

The tweet was deleted as of Wednesday morning but sparked an onslaught of criticism from social media users decrying why Twitter would allow the antisemitic and threatening post to appear on the platform.

The post comes after Twitter updated its rules against hateful conduct last year, broadening them to include the prohibition of “language that dehumanizes people on the basis of race, ethnicity, or national origin.”
Twitter did not immediately return the Washington Examiner’s request for comment on the matter.

Hammer was referring to how former President Donald Trump was permanently banned from the platform after the siege of the Capitol Building on Jan 6. Unlike Trump, Malik’s account appears to remain active on the platform.
