Illinois landlord kills child and wounds mother in ‘brutal’ anti-Muslim attack

A landlord attacked one of his tenant families on Saturday, killing a 6-year-old boy and seriously wounding the boy’s mother in a “cowardly” anti-Muslim crime, Illinois law enforcement said Sunday.
