‘They don’t know what these things are’: Joe Rogan says Pentagon in the dark on UFOs

Podcast host Joe Rogan reacted to the Pentagon’s release of UFO footage by suggesting that top American officials don’t fully understand the spacecraft.

Speaking with journalist Tim Pool on the Monday edition of the Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan said discussion of UFOs and aliens has been poisoned by “kooks” who ruin the credibility of anyone who asks questions about the unidentified objects.

“This is a weird subject because it’s one of those subjects where people automatically dismiss it because it’s been so touted by kooks, so many wacky f—s that have talked about UFOs, that anybody talking about UFOs has to be out of their f—ing mind,” he said. “But then, when you see these videos, and you see them performing these impossible tasks, like these things are moving in a way that we’ve never seen anything before, flipping upside down and sideways, moving at insane rates of speed. Like, they don’t know what these are.”

On Monday, the Pentagon released three videos of UFOs performing wild maneuvers that are impossible to recreate with known man-made technology. The videos were released the Freedom of Information Act after staff at the New York Times worked with former Blink-182 frontman Tom Delonge’s To the Stars Academy to obtain the footage.

“There’s no known propulsion system for any of these crafts,” added Rogan. “These things are not using fire. They don’t have a heat signal. They don’t know what they are. They don’t know how they work.”

Rogan is a longtime UFO enthusiast, having discussed the topic at length with former Los Alamos scientist Bob Lazar, who claimed he was hired by the famed New Mexico lab to research extraterrestrial technology at a secret site.
