A Pennsylvania man is facing federal charges after he was allegedly spotted throwing a fire extinguisher at police in a video from the Capitol siege.

Robert Sanford of Chester, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Thursday morning after a friend of his tipped investigators off about his identity, according to the Wall Street Journal, which cited U.S. officials. Sanford is reportedly a retired firefighter with the Chester Fire Department and was seen in a widely circulated video wearing a navy hat with the letters “CFD” emblazoned across it.
