Man hanging from Chicago Trump Tower for 13 hours demanding to speak to Trump taken into custody

After more than 12 hours, a man who had hung from a ledge of the Chicago Trump Tower demanding that he speak to President Trump has safely come down from the side of the building and is in custody.

“Situation resolved peacefully by Negotiators. Suspect in custody. No injuries,” Chicago Police spokesman Tom Ahern said in a tweet Monday morning after more than 13 hours of negotiations.
