Last Friday, the Department of Health and Human Services announced it could not move forward with the CLASS Act long-term care program within the national health care law, because the math was unworkable. This was not a surprise to anybody that looked at the program closely. Yet when critics of Obamacare warned that the program was fundamentally insolvent, they were thwarted by rosy talk from Democrats. The Examiner has compiled a short video of Democrats reassurances about the program during the health care debate.
