Tenn. announces new college savings plan

NASHVILLE, Ten. (AP) — Tennessee has a new college savings plan officials hope will help students afford a higher education.

Gov. Bill Haslam and several state officials announced the “TNStars College Savings 529 Program” on Tuesday.
