Man ‘likes’ own mugshot on Facebook, gets arrested

Just when you thought liking your ex’s photo was the most dangerous thing you could do on Facebook.

A 23-year-old man named Levi Charles Reardon wanted on charges of forgery in the Seattle area “liked” his own “wanted” mugshot on Facebook, leading to his arrest days later, as reports CBS Seattle.

The Great Falls/Cascade County Crimestoppers Facebook page posted Reardon’s photo on April 3, and by the next day, the alleged criminal had “liked” it from his own Facebook account.

The Crimestoppers noticed and captured a screenshot of the post. Busted!

Reardon, who is believed to have stolen a wallet and personal checks, was eventually arrested on April 24. His bond is set at $2,500, but his story, of course, is priceless.
