To local poker powerhouses like Rhett Butler, Lee Childs and Steve Dannenmann, we may soon be able to add the name Kenneth Adams.

On Tuesday night, the law partner at Dickstein Shapiro won a seat at the 2008 World Series of Poker at a fundraiser for Horton’s Kids.

In addition to members of Congress and former Sen. Al D’Amato, 2004 World Series of Poker main event winner Greg “Fossilman” Raymer stopped by to offer moral support to the starstruck players.
