WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — A Chinese national who pleaded guilty to taking part in a $100 million international software piracy plot has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Thirty-six-year-old Xiang Li of Chengdu, China, was sentenced Tuesday in federal court in Wilmington. Prosecutors say he will be deported when he is released from prison.
