The White House tweeted the Congressional Budget Office was off with its math in a tweet that displayed its own struggles with simple division.
On Monday, the White House said in 2010 the CBO estimated 23 million people would be covered under the Affordable Care Act by 2017.
The White House claimed only 10.3 million people are currently covered under Obamacare and the CBO was off by “100 percent.”
FACT: when #Obamacare was signed, CBO estimated that 23M would be covered in 2017. They were off by 100%. Only 10.3M people are covered. pic.twitter.com/A7Kthh3gDQ

If the estimates were off by 100 percent, no one would be covered.
The White House should have stated the CBO was off by about 55 percent.
