When it comes to health care, Gov. Robert Ehrlich rarely shuns an opportunity to speak his mind. But when health care discussions surround his own personal health, it?s a different matter.
Sporting two small bandages on his face, the governor chose not to respond to release details about a medical procedure that he had undergone. The bandages resulted from the removal of two cysts, he said. He declined to provide more details.
His spokesman Shareese DeLeaver would only say that it was “a minor outpatient procedure” and declined to elaborate.
When pressed that the governor?s health is a public concern, DeLeaver again refused to provide details, calling it “a personal matter.”
