President Trump urged Republicans to seize their opportunity to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act by reminding them exactly how long they’ve been promising to do just that.
“For years, even as a ‘civilian,’ I listened as Republicans pushed the Repeal and Replace of ObamaCare. Now they finally have their chance!” Trump tweeted.

Republicans are currently fighting amongst themselves on how to repeal and replace President Obama’s signature law.
While the House has passed a bill, the Senate GOP has not been able to get 51 senators behind a proposal. A draft proposal released last week could not get enough support to even be taken to the floor for a vote and now some senators are saying the bill is dead.
Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., said Sunday morning that he’s not sure what’s in the Senate GOP bill now because it’s being rewritten behind close doors.
Trump also touted a ceasefire negotiated at the G-20 conference in Syria in a subsequent tweet.
“Syrian ceasefire seems to be holding. Many lives can be saved. Came out of meeting. Good!” he said.
