In my blogpost on the Democratic primary race in the 36th congressional district of California, I wrote that Congressman Henry Waxman voted against the Iraq war resolution. This was my clear recollection, and I was wrong. I was thinking about Waxman’s 1991 vote against the Gulf war resolution.
