SINCLAIRVILLE, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say they’ve seized wolves, lions, tigers and bears from a western New York wildlife sanctuary that had been keeping the animals illegally.

Local media report that state and federal wildlife conservation enforcement officials seized the animals Tuesday from JNK’s Call of the Wild Sanctuary in the Chautauqua (shuh-TAW’-kwuh) County village of Sinclairville, 50 miles south of Buffalo.
