ELKTON, Va. (AP) — Virginia State Police is asking the public for help in solving a 2003 missing person case.
The agency’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation Culpeper Field Office is seeking information regarding the disappearance of 20-year-old Rachel Nicole Good.
Good was last seen in Elkton in Rockingham County on Oct. 18, 2003.
