A member of Terry McAuliffe’s campaign for Virginia governor emailed “kill this” to a Fox News reporter inquiring about the hiring of a high-profile attorney known for assisting Democrats in election-related legal challenges.

A screenshot shows reporter Tyler O’Neil asking for a response to a post by legal scholar Jonathan Turley saying that the Democrat’s team paying $53,680 to the Elias Law Group, created by Marc Elias, was an “astonishing decision” that indicates McAuliffe may be gearing up to challenge the results of next week’s election if Republican candidate Glenn Youngkin wins.
