New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Friday disputed a New York Times article that claimed the governor blamed New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio for election losses Democrats suffered this week.

The article, which was published online Thursday, cited an interview Cuomo gave to WAMC-FM public radio in Albany earlier in the day.
