Democrats’ new strategy: When they go high, you go lower

The gloves are definitely off for the Democrats with Tom Perez in charge.

Only nine months after former First Lady Michelle Obama coined the phrase, “When they go low, we go high,” Democrats are unveiling a new strategy. Through their online store, the Democratic National Committee is selling shirts that read “Democrats give a sh*t about people” for $30 a pop.

The Republican National Committee took notice.

The DNC ended up firing back.

Back during the election, however, Hillary Clinton’s campaign laid into then-candidate Donald Trump for his use of profane language through a video ad showing that he’s a bad influence on America’s children.

Now, liberal pundit Bill Maher believes that Democrats should completely shed their holier than thou persona and play dirty politics.

In an interview with ATTN:, Maher said, “What did Michelle Obama say? When they go low, we go high.”

“Yeah, f–k that,” Maher chuckled. “When they go low, you go lower.”

It should come as no surprise to Trump supporters that Democrats are finally removing their mask and showing their true selves. Ever since Trump was elected president in November, Democrats have been doing verbally and physically assaulting anyone who said or wore something remotely pro-Trump.

In a year when Donald Trump embraced his true self and won an election in historic fashion, perhaps Democrats are copycatting their way to victory.
