White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is holding a briefing after the White House called the vote for judicial reforms in Israel “unfortunate.”
Jean-Pierre is expected to begin the briefing at 3:30 p.m. from the White House.

President Joe Biden has no public events scheduled for Monday but is reportedly set to sign a proclamation to establish a national monument honoring Emmett Till on Tuesday. Till was a 14-year-old black boy who was shot and killed by a group of white men in Mississippi for allegedly flirting with a white woman, Carolyn Bryant Donham, in 1955.
