Police say a woman who was stabbed by another woman Monday morning in Southeast D.C. has died.
Officers arrived at the 3400 block of 13th Place shortly after 9 a.m. The victim, who had been stabbed in the back, was found unconscious, taken to a hospital and died, D.C. police spokeswoman Officer Tisha Gant said.
Police are invesigating the incident as a homicide and issued a lookout for a black woman with a dark complexion who is armed with a knife.
