Bethesda-based Hanger Orthopedic Group Inc. confirmed Tuesday that the U.S. District Court in Maryland granted the company?s motion to dismiss with prejudice the consolidated class-action complaints brought against it and some of its directors and officers.
Twist Partners and other plaintiffs had filed complaints alleging securities law violations related to alleged billing improprieties at one of Hanger?s patient-care facilities.
