Arlington County’s Vihstadt to be sworn in

ARLINGTON, Va. (AP) — The Arlington County Board’s newest member is set to be sworn in.

The swearing-in ceremony for John Vihstadt (VYE’-stat) is scheduled for Friday afternoon at the county board offices. The independent will be the first non-Democrat to serve on the board since 1999.
