74-year-old Va. woman charged with serial arsons

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) — A 74-year-old woman has been charged with a series of arsons in an Alexandria apartment complex.

At a press conference Thursday, the Alexandria Fire Department the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms said they arrested Shirley Ann Vigneau (vinn-YO’) in connection with a series of fires at the Southern Towers apartment complex on Seminary Road.
