COVERT TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — The Palisades nuclear power plant in southwestern Michigan has received a passing review from federal authorities following simulated emergency exercises.

Michigan Radio reports (http://bit.ly/RDI8Gk ) the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Federal Emergency Management Agency offered the assessment following last week’s drill.
