Mike Pence said Monday he is sticking with Donald Trump, and that he never considered dropping out even after a video was leaked last week in which Trump made disparaging remarks about women.
“It’s absolutely false to suggest that at any point in time we considered dropping off this ticket,” he said on CNN.
The Indiana governor said it’s the “greatest honor of his life to have been nominated by my party” to be the vice president.
In prior comments, however, Pence has said it is “the greatest honor of my life to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Donald Trump.”
