President Trump charged Friday that former FBI Director James Comey’s new book is letting him profit by telling lies about his administration, and that the book “should never have been written.”
“So General Michael Flynn’s life can be totally destroyed while Shadey James Comey can Leak and Lie and make lots of money from a third rate book (that should never have been written). Is that really the way life in America is supposed to work? I don’t think so!” Trump posted to Twitter Friday.

Comey’s book, A Higher Loyalty, was released Tuesday, and the former FBI director has since been making his rounds in the media as he launches his book tour.
