Washington’s newest think-tank, the Foreign Policy Initiative, will be hosting an event next week titled “Afghanistan: Planning for Success.” The timing couldn’t be better as Obama plans to unveil his plan for Afghanistan this Friday. Speakers at the conference include Bob Kagan, John Nagl, Lt. Gen. Barno, Reps. McHugh and Harman, and Senator John McCain. You can register for the event here.
