PHOENIX (Legal Newsline) – Brother’s Help Solutions, a foreclosure consultant, will pay a settlement and restitution to Arizona consumers after a consent judgment was reached Jan. 15, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich said.

The foreclosure consultant will pay $20,000 in penalties and restitution to consumers, in addition to $9,450 in investigation costs, after the company allegedly misled Spanish-speaking consumers. In addition to monetary fines, the company will have to ensure it complies with the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act.
