BOSTON (AP) — The city of Revere and a union representing Suffolk Downs workers have sued the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, which awarded a coveted Boston-area casino license to rival Wynn Resorts in nearby Everett.
The lawsuit Thursday says the commission gave Wynn an unfair advantage in its decision last month and violated the state’s gambling law. It asks the court to void the decision.
