President Trump gave a nod to White House counselor Kellyanne Conway Tuesday night at the Susan B. Anthony List’s Campaign for Life gala, praising her as a “beloved member” of his administration.
Conway received the organization’s 2018 Distinguished Leader Award at the anti-abortion event, where Trump delivered the keynote address and applauded her work.

“We’re also glad to be joined by a beloved member of my administration, a true fighter for faith and family, and your 2018 Distinguished Leader Kellyanne Conway,” Trump said during his remarks. “What a job she’s done. What a job she’s done.”
Conway previously served as Trump’s campaign manager during the final months of the 2016 presidential election and has continued to work with him at the White House. Since joining his team, she has been an outspoken advocate for the president, appearing on numerous cable news shows where she often clashes with those who disagree with Trump’s work.
“She is some fighter. She’ll do the shows that nobody else dares go near,” Trump added Tuesday.
“I’ll say, ‘Do this one or do that one.’ ‘No problem, sir.’ Others say, ‘Do you think I could take a pass, please?’” he continued. “Great going, Kellyanne. What a help.”
