Breakups are always easier when kids aren’t involved. And in the case of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, that applies to dogs as well.
According to RadarOnline, the former “Twilight” couple are trying to figure out who gets to keep their dog, Bear.
The gossip site says that after Rob temporarily moved out of the house he shared with Kristen, he told her he wanted Bear, the dog they rescued from a high-kill shelter in Louisiana last year while they were filming “Breaking Dawn.”
At the time, Rob told a German newspaper, “I’m one of those guys who’d adopt a whole animal shelter. … Thank God that Kristen was with me. So we just adopted one dog. A mutt.”
Now, after Kristen was caught having an affair with her “Snow White and the Huntsman” director, Rob has reportedly asked the 22-year-old to move out, without the dog.
“She was heartbroken — they adopted Bear together and she always felt that he was their little baby,” a RadarOnline source said. “She wants joint custody — and it could get a little messy.”
As much as we want to believe these two are going to have joint custody of a dog, it’s a bit far fetched. But no matter what happens with Bear, Kristen will still have her 8-year-old cat, Max. She did once tell People magazine that she was on her way to becoming “a crazy cat lady one day.”
Keep away
Hopefully Sheryl Crow can start to feel a little bit safer now that she has the law on her side.
The 50-year-old musician has been granted a temporary restraining order against Phillip Gordon Sparks, 45, who allegedly threatened to shoot the Grammy winner.
Sparks has been ordered to stay 100 yards away and not attempt to contact Sheryl, her family or any of her employees.
The singer wrote in a sworn statement that Sparks went to the offices of an entertainment union and told a worker that he was going to “just shoot” her. The statement also says he has gone on tirades online saying she has stolen money from him and broken into his house.
According to the Associated Press, Sparks also threatened to shoot film executive Harvey Weinstein because he believed they were filming him and stole millions of dollars from him.
