The Newseum has announced it will have free admission on Sept. 10 and 11 for the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. And on Sept. 2, the museum is adding an interactive component to its first permanent exhibit about the attacks.

The gallery features a 31-foot section of the broadcast antenna that stood atop the World Trade Center’s North Tower, a limestone cornice piece from the damaged section of the Pentagon and a twisted piece of fuselage recovered from the field near Shanksville, Pa., where United Flight 93 went down.

Now, visitors will also have an opportunity to share their personal 9/11 experiences in a new interactive portion of the exhibit. Visitors can leave their comments about 9/11 and have them projected on a large wall within the gallery.
