We’re pretty sure it would be mighty hard to confuse Mitt Romney with a redneck, but the GOP presidential candidate is hoping that the comedian most associated with that demographic will help boost his numbers down south. On Monday, comedian Jeff Foxworthy, known best for his “you might be a redneck if” jokes, attended campaign events for Romney in Mississippi and Alabama, in advance of those states’ Tuesday primaries. Foxworthy tweeted his support for Romney last week.
