Hillary Clinton tweeted out a GIF with her shaking her head “no” after a reporter claimed a White House source said the former secretary of state intentionally lost the 2016 election.
“Not from the Onion but from a WH source — ‘Hillary Clinton purposely lost the election with the aid of Russian hacking so the Democrats could then impeach Trump,'” Brian Karem, Playboy’s White House reporter, said Wednesday on Twitter. Clinton, 72, responded to his tweet with the GIF.
Karem is a critic of the president and has accused him of telling 15,000 lies. The House will vote on impeaching President Trump on Wednesday, and the vote is expected to pass along party lines.
If articles of impeachment pass the House, Trump will not be removed from office unless two-thirds of the Senate votes in favor of removal. The Senate is expected to vote against the articles of impeachment.
