America’s number one abortion business Planned Parenthood’s political arm is set to take an unprecedented step in endorsing a presidential candidate during the primary. As should be a surprise to no one, the candidate they will be endorsing is Hillary Clinton.
Planned Parenthood Action Fund announced the endorsement in a tweet Thursday afternoon. In the tweet, Planned Parenthood describes three “damn good reasons to support Hillary Clinton,” including her introduction of bills expanding access to abortion.

It’s not like Planned Parenthood was going to endorse a non-female Democrat when they were given an option, and they certainly wouldn’t endorse a Republican of either sex.
“As a lifelong Planned Parenthood supporter, I’m honored to have the endorsement of the Planned Parenthood Action Fund,” Clinton said in a statement obtained by the Washington Post. “There has never been a more important election when it comes to women’s health and reproductive rights — and Planned Parenthood’s patients, providers, and advocates across the country are a crucial line of defense against the dangerous agenda being advanced by every Republican candidate for president.”
The endorsement comes as the abortion provider is still under heavy scrutiny following a series of undercover videos showing executives for the company describing reimbursements for fetal tissue donations. In some videos, executives discuss what appears to be profiting from the donations. These executives also discuss altering abortion procedures to obtain intact tissue, which is against the law.
The endorsement also comes just one day after House Republicans passed a bill that would defund the organization.
