Alexandria School Board Member Sheryl Gorsuch has asked the nine-member board to rescind its controversial May decision not to renew of Superintendent Rebecca Perry’s contract.
Gorsuch is one of the four members who supported Perry. Lawyer Victor Glasberg, who opposed Perry’s ouster, is reviewing the board’s actions to see whether it complied with state law, former city Councilwoman Joyce Woodson said Tuesday.
