Supermodel Kate Upton, known for her “Sports Illustrated“ and “GQ” swim suit cover photos, celebrated her 21st birthday on Monday in an unlikely venue – on Capitol Hill.
The model finally hit legal drinking age and took to the District of Columbia to party with relatives and friends.
