According to the latest Des Moines Register poll, Newt Gingrich is now polling at first place at 25 percent in Iowa, while Mitt Romney sinks into third place behind Ron Paul.
Gingrich only had 7 percent support in the Register poll released at the end of October this year, while Herman Cain, who suspended his campaign today was in first place with 23 percent.
