In the photo circulated by officials, Walters is shown posing for a photo in one of the outfits she is accused to have bought from Neiman Marcus where she spent close to $1.4 million over the years.
No further details were available on when the photo was taken, or who took the photo.
The photo was part of a three-photo collage that was circulated by D.C. Council officials Thursday.
