He’s definitely a New Yorker. So why is Donald Trump getting love from one of Washington’s glossies?
Last year, Trump purchased the Lowes Island Club in Loudoun County and has since renamed the property Trump National Golf Club, Washington, D.C. The Donald helicoptered into the area last week to survey the property and sat down with Washington Life Magazine’s John Arundel for his first full-length interview in the area since dropping $20 million on the property, which features two golf courses. He also posed for photographer Tony Powell as he landed in his helicopter at the club, met with staffers about the ongoing renovations and checked out the golf courses.
Trump will be featured in Washington Life’s October issue.
