Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on Sunday predicted the Republican-controlled Senate will not have the 60 votes required to overturn a potential filibuster and confirm Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch by the end of the week.

“It looks like Gorsuch will not reach the 60-vote margin,” Schumer told NBC’s “Meet the Press” host Chuck Todd.
