WHAT: As millions of Americans were losing their jobs, the agency awarded a $25,000 stimulus grant to put on an explicit “art” show in San Francisco. The beneficiary is CounterPulse, whose “Perverts Put Out” event last weekend was advertised, “Join your fellow pervs for some explicit, twisted fun!”
WHY IT’S AN OUTRAGE: This isn’t what Congress intended when it called it a “stimulus.”
