EL PASO, Texas (AP) — El Paso police have charged a fourth person with murder in the death of a man found burned in a vacant downtown building.
The department said Monday that 18-year-old Brittney Stewart was charged with murder on Thursday. She was originally arrested on charges of failure to report a felony offense.
