Vice President Joe Biden flubbed the name of the president of Panama earlier today:
“Well, by 2015, if they stay on schedule–I’m heading down to meet with President Martinez in Panama in a couple weeks, to go look at the canal and deal with some other things with Panama,” said Biden.
In fact, the name of the president of Panama is Ricardo Martinelli.
