Presidential candidate Donald Trump told reporters Tuesday night that he will lock down the support of Muslims in America.
“I do great with Hispanics … I’m gonna do great with the Muslims,” Trump told reporters before heading in to a rally in Worcester, Mass.
Polling among Hispanics would indicate a different reality. Trump was viewed unfavorably by 8-in-10 Hispanics, according to a Public Religion Research Institute survey taken Nov. 6 to 10.
Trump is currently ranked fourth among Republican candidates in the Washington Examiner‘s power rankings.
