Herman Cain has unexpectedly surged into the lead. It’s come as enough of a surprise that he doesn’t have a real campaign, especially not in Iowa or any of the other states that matter. So a handful of Republican operatives want to create one one for him in the form of an independent Super PAC, “Americans for Herman Cain.”
