Prince George’s County police have identified the victim in a fatal shooting in Capitol Heights as 19-year-old Darnell Vincent Furr Jr.

Tuesday afternoon, police responded to the 5000 block of Emo Street and found Furr suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Furr, of Fort Washington, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
